Today in class we practised some mindfulness. We believe it is important to take the time to look after our mental health as well as our physical health.
So, we want you to take sometime for yourself today, for your well-being and for happiness.
Mindfulness is about paying attention in the present moment, letting thoughts come and go without getting caught up in them. That’s it. Sounds easy, but like any skill it takes time and practice. Be good to You!
